Our Story
JEFH Woodshop is a family-operated business with roots in building solid hardwood furniture. Our commitment extends beyond craftsmanship to teaching the art of woodworking to the next generation, fostering both creativity and practical skills.
Our In-House Family Team
- Javier Feliu, Woodworking Lead: An engineer with a deep passion for woodworking, Javier brings 14 years of experience to guide students in mastering woodworking skills.
- Shelley Feliu, Education Lead: With 16 years of experience as an educator, math instructional coach, and gifted program coordinator in the U.S. and internationally, Shelley employs a student-centered approach, drawing from the Reggio Emilia approach, project-based learning, and the IB programme.

How It Works
We offer after-school and summer programs for kids in and around Delray Beach, Florida. Located in the historic downtown of Delray Beach, parents can pre-sign up their kids for any of the available programs, leave their kids to enjoy the amazing attractions in the beautiful downtown area, or stay around and watch their kids learn new crafts.
After School
Location: To be determined
Days: Monday (8-14 years old) - Thursday (15-18 years old)
Time: 4:45 PM - 6:00 PM
Price: $35/session (Note: Scholarships are available for families with proven financial need.)
Materials Fee: All materials and tools are provided.
Summer
Location: To be determined
Days: Monday - Tuesday - Thursday
Time / 8-14 years old: 8:00 AM-9:15 AM, 9:45 AM-11:00 AM
Time / 15-18 years old: 3:15 PM-4:30 PM, 5:00 PM-6:15 PM
Price: $35/session (Note: Scholarships are available for families with proven financial need.)

Required Participation Forms 2024
Please complete each of the forms below for every student you have registered for any 2024 classes. These forms are required to be completed before participation.
Important Participation Information
- All programming will take place at a location to be determined.
- Students are required to wear closed-toed shoes; otherwise, they will not be allowed to participate.
- Please ensure that students bring a water bottle.
- Families are accountable for the payment of all registered sessions unless JEFH Woodshop is notified of any necessary schedule changes at least 30 days in advance. Exceptions to this policy may be granted in cases of family emergencies or illness.
